At 3,250 sq.ft., the 2 storey LAKEFRONT model we suggest is a unique property, one conceived with the large family and extended family in mind.

 

Our layout begins with a double height great-room that combines the professional style island kitchen, the dining room and its access to the covered outdoor patio, and the living room, into one grand space. Detailed with stone feature walls, a large wood burning fireplace and our signature window – walled facade, this grand space will certainly become the focal point of the home. A master bedroom with walk-in closets,  en-suite bathroom and wood burning fireplace, two family bedrooms with walk-in closets, a common bathroom, a powder room and a mudroom complete the ground floor.
