Following the unique geographic qualities of our extraordinary site, the territory has been separated into three categories, namely, the HILLSIDE, RIDGEVIEW, and LAKEFRONT.

Within these distinct zones, the lots at SERENITE each offer a unique perspective of the Laurentian landscape. Benefitting from their specific positioning, the HILLSIDE LOTS are those lots nestled within the trees behind the ridge rising up from Ch. Lc Lasalle and the shorelines of the two project lakes - LAC LASALLE and LAC LAVALLEE. Located along the ridge, the RIDGEVIEW DOMAIN represents a large area of sloped land overlooking lakefront facility. As the name implies, LAKEFRONT LOTS are those situated along the moraine and shoreline of both LAC LASALLE and LAC LAVALLEE.

 

In a manner true to our objective of creating true private escapes, each individual lot, whether HILLSIDE or LAKFRONT, is 2.5 acres or 100,000 sq.ft in size and will ensure the most tranquil setting possible for your home.
